Wheels, Inc, an automotive fleet management company, recently launched FleetView Mobile.
The new mobile app offers managers the freedom to stay on top of key tasks within their fleet operations, at any time and from anywhere, the company said.
“FleetView is our client’s central resource for everything they need to know about their fleet,” said Dan Belknap, director of product management for Wheels. “Now with the FleetView Mobile app, they have that knowledge in the palm of their hand.”
This latest innovation includes the features from award-winning online fleet portal FleetView that best translate to a mobile application. Using biometric login technology, users can conduct a vehicle and driver search, approve maintenance and collision repairs, and view alerts on activities that require action.
“Combining our mobile development experience with feedback from our user research, we were able to quickly develop, test and introduce a new productivity-enhancing tool to our clients,” said Sara Lisy, senior product manager at Wheels.
“We are constantly evaluating new ways to support our clients and their businesses.”
FleetView Mobile joins the Wheels Mobile Assistant, an app designed to optimize driver productivity, rounding out Wheels’ mobile offering. FleetView Mobile is available for both iPhone and Android devices.
