Decisiv’s ongoing development of its Service Relationship Management (SRM) solution for commercial assets has led to Vision, a new application that provides fleets with real-time decision support capabilities.
First in a series of new products planned for 2014, Vision gives fleets that use the SRM solution the ability to proactively identify potentially troublesome service events and give them the attention they need to reduce days out of service.
The Vision real-time decision support tool was officially unveiled during the American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) 2014 annual meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition.
Decisiv also introduced a new scorecard service for capturing and reporting on key industry data and trends. The TMC Scorecard Service, which is supported by Decisiv Consulting, will provide fleets with a detailed analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and facilitate identification of best practices.
