Tremcar will unveil its new “TremSmart” technology package at Tank Truck Week 2026 in Oklahoma City, introducing a smart petroleum tank trailer that is designed to deliver real-time operational data, enhanced safety, and proactive equipment monitoring to drivers and their fleet managers.
According to Tremcar, the TremSmart platform integrates several key monitoring and safety systems to modernize liquid bulk transportation:
- PSI TireView Live: Monitors wheel-end temperatures and tire pressure in real time, pairing with automatic tire inflation technology to identify potential issues and avoid downtime.
- RVS Total Fleet Protection: Utilizes surround-vehicle cameras, monitors, and sensors to improve driver visibility, record incidents, and protect cargo.
- Air-Weigh iWeigh on-board scales: Delivers precise on-board weight measurements prior to departure, offering Bluetooth connectivity and flexibility across multiple axle configurations.
In addition to the TremSmart launch, partner demonstrations at the event include RigCraftor’s new tanker access ladder, engineered to improve driver and technician safety during equipment inspection and maintenance.
The industry’s largest event also marks a major company milestone, as Tremcar plans to celebrate the retirement of Andy Mulvey, vice president of international sales. Mulvey is stepping down following a 45-year career in the tank trailer industry, including 15 years with Tremcar.
