Mansfield Energy acquires fuels distributor O'Rourke Petroleum

Mansfield Energy recently acquired O’Rourke Petroleum, which is headquartered in Houston TX.

Mansfield Energy, a North American energy supply and logistics provider, recently acquired O’Rourke Petroleum, which is headquartered in Houston TX.

Founded in 1932, O’Rourke is a nationally recognized, full-service lubricant and fuels distributor supplying more than 200 million gallons of fuel and 6 million gallons of lubricants annually, the company said.

“Much like Mansfield, O’Rourke is a family-owned business with a legacy of success,” Mansfield said. “O’Rourke is proud of its culture of building meaningful, long-term relationships, and we'll do everything possible to continue this 86-year-old tradition.

“By uniting our ideas and expertise, we will offer a broader array of business solutions for customers in Texas and elsewhere.”

With a fleet of 180 vehicles, O’Rourke serves customers throughout the US Gulf Coast region with products ranging from gasoline, diesel fuel, marine fuels, lubricants and DEF products, to fleet card services, and equipment and environmental solutions.

O’Rourke is among a limited number of distributors who’ve earned Shell Lubricants’ “Alliance” class designation in the industrial, transport and consumer market segments.
