Gravis acquires Western Packaging Solutions
Gravis, a North American provider of engineered dry bulk transportation packaging, recently acquired Western Packaging Solutions, a distributor of flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs), woven polypropylene bags, and BOPP woven bags that serves customers across a range of industries.
Integration efforts are currently underway, the companies reported.
