Specialized bulk transporter Venezia is consolidating its family of companies under a single corporate banner.

Effective Jan. 1, 2027, the group’s operating and legal entities—including Venezia Bulk Transport, Venezia Liquid Tank Lines, Venezia LPG Services, and Venezia Transport Services—will legally combine operations under the parent name Venezia Hauling, Inc., while going to market as the Venezia Transport Group.

The structural transition is intended to streamline operations, increase administrative efficiency, and provide a seamless, single-source service experience for customers across North America.

“Consolidating our family of companies into Venezia Transport Group represents a major milestone in our corporate evolution,” Venezia CEO Andrew Venezia said in a new release. “By bringing our liquid, dry bulk, specialized, and equine transport divisions under one unified banner, we are aligning our internal infrastructure with the comprehensive, nationwide solutions we provide to our customers every day.

“While our name is changing to reflect our growth, our core values as a family-owned business and our commitment to safety and delivery excellence remain unchanged.”

Comprehensive service offerings

• Liquid division (Venezia Liquid Tank Lines): Handling general liquid bulk commodities, lubricants, concrete admixtures, and specialized insulated aluminum and steel barreled trailers for seasonal asphalt transport.
• LPG division (Venezia LPG Services): Delivering year-round and seasonal surge capacity for propane, butane, and propylene transport.
• Dry bulk division (Venezia Bulk Transport): Transporting industrial and construction materials such as cement, lime, sand, fly ash, and slag, alongside food-grade products like flour and malt under strict HACCP safety protocols.
• Specialized and flatbed division: Managing complex logistics, including rail-to-truck transfers of plastic resins, food-grade starches, and heavy building materials.
• Equine transport division: Providing specialized, dedicated care and transport services for show and competition horses.

The corporate restructuring will not impact daily fleet operations, terminal locations, or any employees, the company maintained. All existing customer contracts, vendor relationships, and service agreements held by the individual legacy entities will transition smoothly by Jan. 1.
