The National Tank Truck Carriers elected John Whittington as the organization’s new chairman at the NTTC’s recent annual meeting in Toronto, Ontario.
Whittington succeeds Lee Miller, CEO of Miller Transporters in Jackson MS, who now serves as chairman of the NTTC’s executive committee.
“I am proud to serve as the next chairman of NTTC,” Whittington said. “These are good times for trucking and I believe that our organization is well-positioned to champion the tank truck industry’s commitment to safety and success for its carriers.
“I look forward to working with our entire membership and our many allies to accomplish great things for our industry.”
