Quala and Boasso Global, who have operated together “seamlessly” behind the scenes for the past six months, today introduce a new corporate identity, Depot Connect International (DCI), which the company says symbolizes its “unwavering commitment” to customer connectivity and global support in the movement of essential goods.
“DCI is a promise, a solemn commitment to deliver and connect our customers to essential services worldwide,” said Scott Harrison, CEO of Depot Connect International, adding that DCI signifies not only a change in name but a resolute dedication to growth, excellence, and innovation in meeting the ever-evolving needs of the tank container and transportation industries.
The full transformation of DCI’s brand image is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2024, progressively encompassing its entire network. During the transition, customer service will remain a top priority, with no disruption to day-to-day operations, the company said.
Beyond the rebranding, DCI will introduce a range of strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the customer experience. The journey begins with a website that connects customers to the specific locations, information, and services they require. Furthermore, DCI’s operational enhancements include an expanded customer service touchpoint, streamlined processes across the network, and an already operational parts store that links maintenance customers with essential components throughout North America.
“Your continued support and partnership have been the bedrock of our success,” Harrison said.
“We’re excited about this new journey and invite you to join us in celebrating this momentous occasion. Our unwavering commitment to you will remain unchanged. We are thrilled about the opportunities DCI brings and eagerly anticipate our continued partnership, creating lasting and meaningful connections, and delivering results that exceed your expectations.”
