TouchStar, a multinational provider of logistics and mobility software systems, has acquired PC Systeme, a cloud-based telematics and mobility software provider based in Vienna, Austria.
Since 1990, PC Systeme has been providing telematics and mobility solutions to organizations across Europe, specializing in the transport and distribution industries. TouchStar will integrate the PC Systeme telematics and mobility services into its logistics and enterprise mobility systems, creating a range of integrated services from GPS fleet tracking to enterprise mobility and automated accounting solutions.
The PC Systeme team will become part of TouchStar Group and has offices in Vienna and Regensburg, Germany in addition to the TS AMERICAS and TS APAC facilities.
