Feb. 8, 2017

Driver iQ, providers of background screening and driver monitoring services to the trucking industry, announced its parent company, CARCO Group Inc, is changing its name to Cisive to better communicate its focus on clear and accurate insights for its HR solutions, security, and insurance/fraud prevention clients.

“Providing the trucking industry’s most accurate solution for driver employment history and background screening needs will be even easier as part of the new Cisive family of brands,” said Lana Batts, co-president of Driver iQ. “The drive and innovative approach at Cisive will further strengthen the already formidable screening and investigation capabilities in place at Driver iQ.”

Driver iQ maintains the trucking industry’s most up to date driver employment database with accurate, detailed and trusted data. Carrier customers are granted access to employment verification, driving records, criminal record searches, and ongoing driver monitoring at rates considered the lowest in the industry. Carriers are able to store driver employment records in the Driver iQ database at no cost and receive a credit of $2.50 for each record that is originally sold, then .50 cents for each sale thereafter.

A leading provider of tech-enabled and compliance-driven human capital management solutions and as the parent company for all of its businesses, Cisive will house the CARCO and Driver IQ brands and continue its mission to help clients identify fraud and reduce risk through innovative technology.

The Cisive brand includes the following business divisions:

  • Driver iQ, a leader in screening for the trucking industry and will continue its specialized focus on that industry.
  • Cisive is the new name of the HR technology, human resource management solutions, and investigation business lines.
  • CARCO has long been a leader in the pre-insurance vehicle inspection and fraud prevention market. To reaffirm its strength in and commitment to this industry, CARCO will now be focused exclusively on vehicle inspections and fraud prevention.
