Engineers at Bulk Tank Inc have once again eliminated an annoying and costly problem for the industry. BTI's Pneumatic Conveying Filter Screen prevents the inevitable flow restriction previously experienced with conventional filter screens by enlarging the area and molding the screen into the gasket.

BTI took the traditional 4-inch filter screen and enlarged it to 6 inches. This increases the open area by as much as 40%, ensuring uninterrupted flow. Molding the filter screen into the gasket prevents the assembly from operating if the screen is removed; the coupler simply will not hold pressure. The aluminum coupling provides quick and easy cleanup. Although this filter screen is lighter and more compact than other models, the one-piece cast aluminum housings are notably stronger.

As with previous cutting-edge innovations, BTI brings this new product to market with many options. Screen hole sizes are available in 1/4", 3/8", and 7/16" sizes. Filter screen end options include male pipe threads, male cam lock fittings, and female cam lock fittings. The pipe diameter is available in 4", 5", and 6" sizes.

This filter screen can be ordered by calling 1-800-841-5524 or can be purchased online at www.bulktankinc.com. As with all of its products, BTI unconditionally guarantees this filter screen will outperform any similar product on the market.
