To celebrate, they recently held an open house showcasing products from all the EnTrans International brands, including SERVA, Polar Tank Trailer, Heil Trailer, Kalyn Siebert and Jarco.
“We are thrilled to be in West Texas, the heartland of the energy market and close to so many of our valued customers,” said Robin Hoyle, branch manager of SERVA Odessa. “We’re now able to offer them with quality parts, service and refurbishing options from our new location.”
The new state-of-the-art facility, situated on 12 acres, features 10 fully equipped service bays, with eight dedicated to Polar Service Centers and two oversized bays for SERVA that can accommodate the largest coiled tubing units. The facility features 25 tons of overhead cranes. Two 10-ton SERVA cranes have a 26-foot hook height, which is higher than most other facilities.
The 28,000-square-foot building is strategically located to serve customers throughout the region. Highly qualified technicians provide precise, quality service and repair both onsite at the facility and in the field, all while maintaining a focus on safety. Polar Service Centers and SERVA deliver a comprehensive level of service with dedicated parts and service counters, as well as in-house fabrication, hydraulic and electronic expertise.
“Polar Service Centers is absolutely excited to be expanding our footprint into the Permian-Basin region of the country, giving us an incredible opportunity to reach and serve more customers with needs revolving around parts, service and used equipment,” said Bryan Watson, vice president and regional manager of the Polar Service Centers South Central region. “Our commitment is to provide the best possible quality and service to the tank trailer-truck industry.”
