East Coast bulk petroleum hauler Samuel Coraluzzo says it anticipates reduced downtime and cost savings through the newly added TMT ServiceConnect solution, which is powered by Decisiv’s Service Relationship Management (SRM) ecosystem.
“With Decisiv and TMT ServiceConnect, we stand to see significant savings in our maintenance operation,” said Dave Gartee, director of maintenance at Samuel Coraluzzo. “With visibility into every repair order and a customized, exception-based dashboard that displays the most critical cases at the top, we’re better equipped to proactively reduce downtime for all equipment.”
The bulk transporter headquartered in Vineland NJ serves major oil companies, jobbers, distributors and call-on-demand locations from sites in 11 states stretching from New Jersey to Florida.
TMT ServiceConnect is designed to enable better management of in-house and outsourced service operations. The new module provides users of TMT Fleet Maintenance software from Trimble Transportation with connectivity to 4,500 service locations across the US, and more seamless collaboration between fleets and shops to schedule repair and maintenance activities, track service status, record service, parts replaced and labor, and create invoices for services performed.
“With Decisiv and TMT ServiceConnect, Samuel Coraluzzo is able to proactively make improvements in asset utilization and performance through better communication and collaboration during service events,” said Mike Gibson, vice president for strategic partners at Decisiv.
“Through a more seamless connection to a network of service providers and a shared understanding of the repair status of every asset in every location, they can use our SRM Ecosystem to keep pace with their growing fleet’s service and repair requirements while continuing to deliver world-class customer service.”
