Quala, which specializes in industrial container cleaning in North America, recently acquired Container Experts, a business unit of Consolidated Container Company.
According to the company’s website, Container Experts was created to service the oil and gas industry by providing state-of-the-art wash lines that use the latest technology and are designed to clean all types of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs).
“Adding Container Experts’ base of clients is the perfect growth catalyst for Quala,” said Scott Harrison, Quala’s chief executive officer. “This acquisition aligns perfectly with our mission to improve, develop and grow.”
Quala, considered a Clean Solutions partner by customers across the continent, cleaned more than 600,000 bulk containers last year, the company said.
This acquisition adds facilities in Houston TX, Lafayette LA and Niles OH to Quala’s North American network, bringing the total number of IBC cleaning and maintenance service locations to 73.
