Carriers win service awards

Two carriers and a major oil company have earned the Procter and Gamble Excellence Award for performing consistently at high levels within the internal supplier performance management system.

Two carriers and a major oil company have earned the Procter and Gamble Excellence Award for performing consistently at high levels within the internal supplier performance management system.

According to information from Procter and Gamble, the winning carriers are Schneider National, Green Bay WI, and Superior Bulk Logistics, Oak Brook IL. Also taking home the honor were Shell Chemical and Shell Energy North America.

"Our suppliers are critical partners in helping us bring innovation to life, manage our costs, and improve productivity," said Keith Harrison, Procter and Gamble's global product supply officer. "With the current global economic uncertainty, strong relationships with suppliers are more important than ever to achieving Procter and Gamble's sustainability goals and supporting the company’s growth today and going forward.”
