Andrews Logistics Inc (ALI) has appointed Brian Jarvis president and chief operating officer. Most recently, Jarvis served as vice-president of finance and administration for the company.

Polar Corporation announced that Frank Lukacs has been named president of its Polar Tank Trailer division. He joins Polar with more than 33 years of leadership experience in manufacturing businesses, serving most recently as president and chief executive officer of Morton Metalcraft. Lukacs replaces Randy Arlt, who served as the division president since 2003 and has accepted a new role at Polar's corporate headquarters as vice-president of business development. Polar Tank Trailer has named Brad Quatier the company's new controller. He replaces Jeff Behrens, who was promoted and named the new division controller for Polar Service Centers. Quatier most recently served as controller for GeoSystems, based in Maple Grove MN.

Trail King Industries Inc has named Bruce Yakley as its new president, succeeding Carol Lowe, who is returning to Carlisle Companies effective April 1, 2011. With 37 years of experience in lean manufacturing, supply chain management, engineering, and product development, Yakley most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Brenner Tank LLC, headquartered in Fond du Lac WI.

Arthur “Art” Garman has joined Heil Tank Service as distribution manager for the HTS-Louisville facility. He has 20 years of experience with the US Air Force specializing in logistics. James Means has joined Heil Trailer International as plant manager at the Rhome facility. He most recently was with Peterbilt Motors Company as plant production supervisor, plant superintendent, and program manager. HTI has appointed Bill Harris director-government sales and business development, succeeding Karl Stabenow. Harris has been with HTI for 16 years, most recently as manager of corporate business development.

Ridewell Suspensions has added Paul Bannick to its engineering team to work primarily with trailer suspension products and air controls/pneumatics. He graduated from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.

The board of directors of CST Industries Inc announced that Declan McLaughlin has been named president and chief executive officer of the company. He joined CST in late 2009 as president of Columbian TecTank and recently was named to lead the combination of Columbian TecTank and another CST portfolio company, Engineered Storage Products, into the new company CST Storage. He is succeeding Brian Bauerbach, who will be leaving the company to become CEO of a separate venture.

J J Keller & Associates Inc announced that Department of Transportation safety subject matter expert Charles Rottmund has joined its organization as a senior safety consultant. Rottmund has been a member of the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) for more than 20 years, including a term as chairman of the NPTC board of directors and as a contract safety consultant to the organization for the past several years.

Sioux Corporation has promoted Eric Hansen to production manager. He began his career at the company in 2007 as a design engineer.

Phillips Industries has promoted three members of its OE/OES sales team. Ron Alvarez has been named global sales manager-OEM/OES and will continue to direct sales efforts for OEM/OES customers in North America. He previously was OEM/OES and international sales manager. Dan Wallace has been promoted to sales manager OE trailer-North America, and Steve Davis has been promoted to sales manager OES/OEM truck-North America. Wallace has been with Phillips since 1996, most recently as account manager. Account managers Jake Bowman and Randy Therneau will now report to Wallace. Davis began his career with Phillips in 1998.
