Carbon Express recently increased driver pay for the second time this year, and added profit-sharing distributions for all employees.

Carbon Express has introduced many benefits for drivers and staff over the years, including:
- Overnight stays: When drivers are on the road for overnight trips, the company pays for them to sleep in a hotel.
- Paid for every hour: Carbon Express drivers are paid for every working hour, including time at the truck wash.
- Overtime pay: The company’s drivers are paid overtime for any hours worked over 40 each week.
- Profit sharing: Profit sharing distributions to the entire staff.
- Paid vacation: All employees earn paid vacation time.
- Training: Carbon Express recently opened a state-of-the-art training center that is driver focused.
