Latest TruckSeries software featuring ‘breadcrumb’ format designed to expedite the repair process

The latest release of Mitchell 1’s TruckSeries truck repair information software introduces enhancements to the labor estimate guide module that are designed to expedite the repair process.

According to the company, shop managers will benefit from the new navigation, which includes a “breadcrumb” format that makes it faster and easier to access the information needed for estimating labor times for the required repair.

“Mitchell 1 has been the leader in mechanical labor estimates for over half a century,” said Kristy LaPage, business manager for the commercial vehicle group at Mitchell 1. “Our TruckSeries team works continuously to develop new features that speed up the process of getting vehicles repaired and back on the road.

“The latest enhancements make it faster and easier than ever to navigate directly to the information needed to kick off the repair process with an estimate that paves the way for the vehicle’s quick return to service.” Updates that enhance the user experience include:

  • Streamlined navigation to reduce clicks and speed lookups and estimates
  • Increased download speed for faster delivery of information
  • User-friendly display of maintenance and fluids information including auto-expand capability, search and mileage interval display
