A&R Logistics, one of North America’s leading supply chain services companies for the chemical industry, recently received the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston’s Deal of the Year award for its acquisition of Plantgistix Holdings.
A&R won the award in the Industrial, Power and Infrastructure category.
A&R and private equity firm Wind Point Partners acquired Houston-based Plantgistix, a provider of packaging, warehousing and full-scale export services dedicated to the plastic resin industry, in November 2019.
