Montgomery Manufacturing acquires Carroll Co

The recent acquisition of Carroll Company by Montgomery Manufacturing LLC has formed one of the nation’s leading packagers of private branded maintenance and cleaning chemicals, according to Montgomery Manufacturing executives.

 Operations have been consolidated in a single production facility in Garland TX. The 185,000-sq-ft plant has 16 production lines used to blend and package a wide range of maintenance and cleaning chemical products.
