Heavy-duty components manufacturer STEMCO recently updated its Platinum Performance System (PPS) to include a 10-year OEM warranty.

The new warranty period will apply to wheel-end packages upgraded with STEMCO’s Auto-Torq axle fastener, which optimally preloads the bearings, extending the life of every component in the wheel end, the company reported. The current seven-year warranty will continue to be offered for qualifying wheel-end packages built with STEMCO’s Pro-Torq and Zip-Torq axle fasteners.
