Wabash celebrates top suppliers’ innovation and performance

The 2025 Wabash Supplier Awards recognize supply chain excellence, highlighting the innovation, reliability, and partnership of 37 companies, including Pinnacle Award winner Goodyear.

Wabash recently recognized 37 suppliers with 2025 Wabash Supplier Awards for supply chain excellence.

Each year, the trailer manufacturer presents awards to top suppliers for excellence in supply chain performance, considering criteria such as innovation, quality, delivery, cost and service, Wabash reported. The highest honor is the company’s Pinnacle Award for the  supplier of the year, which this year is Goodyear of Akron, Ohio.

“At Wabash, our capacity to drive meaningful innovation starts with the partners we choose to work alongside,” Richard Mansilla, Wabash vice president of global supply chain, said in a news release. “Goodyear has consistently demonstrated what true partnership looks like, bringing forward-thinking ideas, tackling difficult problems with us, and playing an integral role in the quality and dependability our customers rely on.

“It is a pleasure to recognize them with our most prestigious supplier award.”

Goodyear, founded more than 125 years ago, is one of the world’s largest tire companies and a global leader in tire innovation and performance, Wabash said. The company delivers a comprehensive portfolio of premium tires, retreads, and integrated solutions designed to help fleets reduce downtime, improve fuel efficiency, and optimize total cost of ownership. This award marks Goodyear’s fifth overall Wabash supplier award and its first Pinnacle Award.

“Goodyear’s commercial business is built on a foundation of premium products, advanced technology, and a dependable supply and service network that help fleets operate with confidence,” stated Joe Stuglis, Goodyear VP of commercial sales for North America. “Our extensive portfolio, combined with the performance and reliability our customers expect, positions us to support commercial equipment manufacturers across the industry. Being recognized by Wabash is an honor and a meaningful reflection of the trust we have earned over more than two decades of working together.

“We are grateful for this recognition and look forward to continuing our collaboration."
