Tiger Group is offering more than 45 excess chemical fleet trucks and trailers across 14 states in an Oct. 9 timed auction.

Assets include 27 Freightliner tractors in operation for less than a decade, a 2006 Polar Tank trailer, a 1994 ACRO tanker, and two Cheetah Chassis tank container chassis trailers, the group reported.

“This national sale event is an outstanding opportunity for companies in the chemical, transportation and oil-and-gas sectors to bolster their fleets by acquiring secondary-market inventory,” Jay Patino, Tiger Group director of energy business development, said in a news release. “On offer is a robust mix of assets, including daycab and sleeper truck tractors, tank and dry van trailers, flatbed trucks with lift gates and pumps, and more.”

Bidding opened Oct. 2 at soldtiger.com and closes at 10 a.m. CT on Oct. 9.

The excess chemical fleet assets in the auction are located in Texas, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Oklahoma, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Arizona, Florida, Utah, Alabama, Kansas, and Missouri.

Highlights of the sale include:

  • Freightliner and Freightliner Cascadia daycab and sleeper truck tractors
  • Flatbed trucks and trailers by Kenworth and Transcraft
  • A large mix of ISO, tank, dry van and drop deck trailers (ACRO, Trailmobile, Great Dane, Utility, Fontaine, Polar, Mack Trucks, Cheetah Chassis, International Prostar)
