USA Tank, through its parent Global Storage Solutions LLC, a portfolio company of Cameron Holdings Corporation, announced the acquisition of All State Tank Manufacturing LLC, located in Grove OK. All State manufactures epoxy-coated carbon steel storage tanks. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition combines two organizations that are leaders in the tank storage industry to create a one-stop shop for engineering, project management, manufacturing, procurement, and construction of a variety of storage systems. The Grove plant will add 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
“Having the ability to now manufacture our own epoxy-coated carbon steel tank will allow us to provide a far superior product with improved customer service and timelines in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility,” said Chris Slinkard, USA Tank president. “We have always provided first-class sales, customer service, project management, and construction. The purchase of All State Tank will allow us to manufacture tanks with exceptional quality and value.”
USA Tank, based in Goodman MO, is a design-build and services organization specializing in engineering and constructing customized storage systems for a diverse range of end users and end markets, including oil and gas, energy and power, water and wastewater, dry bulk, fire protection, and fractional sand process.
Cameron Holdings Corp is a private equity group located in San Diego CA and St Louis MO that specializes in the acquisition and operation of middle-market manufacturing and industrial service companies.
