Depot Connect International (DCI) recently launched the DCI Parts and Distribution Center, a new 30,000-sq.-ft. warehouse in Illinois that represents a “major step forward” in the company’s e-commerce strategy.

The new facility, which is stocked with 8,000 SKUs, is purpose-built to serve the tank trailer industry with speed, precision, and scale, DCI reported. The warehouse is located at 8A Carpenter Dr. in Salem, Illinois.

“Our goal is simple,” John Vadell, DCI vice president of parts operations, said in a news release. “We want to solve a problem that nearly every customer has faced at some point—getting the parts they need, when they need them, without jumping through hoops. This distribution center puts that power directly into their hands, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team that made it happen.”

The initiative aims to takes the hassle out of ordering. Customers can browse and order parts online 24/7, from virtually anywhere—and have them delivered directly to their door, DCI said. There’s no need to drive to a depot or parts counter. No pickup. No delays. Just easy access to the right parts, shipped fast (delivery times will range from next-day to three days, depending on location—specific delivery standards to be confirmed).

“By streamlining the parts ordering process, we’re not just enhancing convenience—we’re boosting uptime, reliability, and peace of mind for every customer who depends on DCI,” the company said.

The launch is not about building a walk-in retail outlet, DCI added. The entire platform is designed to support remote ordering and seamless fulfillment. The distribution center manages DCI’s customer service operations, and users can count on a responsive team that understands their needs and delivers results.

“This is just the beginning,” DCI concluded. “As part of our broader digital and customer experience transformation under the ‘One DCI’ banner, the parts and distribution center underscores our commitment to service, speed, and simplicity.

“We invite customers to stay tuned for updates on platform access, delivery timelines, and ordering capabilities as we continue to expand this offering across our network.”
