Hart Industries recently acquired bulk equipment distributor E.H. Lynn Industries, which is based in Romeoville IL.
The acquisition, completed April 1, combines two equipment providers that are well-known in the bulk transportation industry, and allows them to strengthen their efforts to satisfy marketplace demands, the companies said.
Specifically, the addition of E.H. Lynn to the Hart family will boost service capabilities for Lynn’s customer base, as well as Hart’s existing customers in the Great Lakes and Midwest regions. The move also bolsters Hart’s position in the dry bulk, foodgrade, petroleum and chemical transportation markets, and increases its ability to provide hose and equipment to the storage terminal and transloading markets.
“Hart’s position as the nation’s leading bulk transportation hose provider will be enhanced by Lynn’s equipment and accessories expertise,” the company said.
The acquisition of E.H. Lynn gives Hart Industries nine service centers strategically located throughout North America.
