United Tank Trailer now a full-service dealer, and tank inspection and repair facility, serving tank manufacturer’s regional customers

Tremcar recently designated United Tank Trailer (UTT) as its official tank trailer distributor in Michigan.

UTT is a full-service, certified tank inspection and R-Stamp-certified repair facility, allowing Tremcar to provide regional customers with quality repairs; maintenance for all required tests, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) cargo tank testing and other related tests; and a direct sales team for all tank needs.

“Our relationship started a year ago,” said Rich Garbacik, UTT owner. “We first sold a few units and we quickly understood Tremcar was a serious company, proud of their units and willing to stand in front of them.

“They are people we can count on.”

Tremcar’s subsidiaries offer a variety of trailers, from stainless steel milk tanks, and aluminum petroleum dry bulk tankers, to several types of vacuum units (non-code, DOT 406, 407, 412). “Tremcar is the one-stop shop for all your tank needs,” said Andy Mulvey, vice president of international sales for Tremcar. “Custom-built is our middle name, and multi-axles is our game.”

UTT also takes trade-ins and offers leasing services for customers who want to test Tremcar’s products before buying. Tremcar offers a wide variety of leasing options, including short- and long-term leases, the company said.

“Tremcar specializes in building multi-axle tankers, which are very popular in Michigan,” said Chad Teatsorth, VP of sales at UTT. “Whether you need a six-axle petro tanker or an eight-axle milk tanker, we now have the expertise to help you make that important acquisition with the aftersales support you need at your doorstep.”

In-stock Tremcar tanks now are available in UTT’s yard in Romulus MI. Contact Teatsorth at [email protected] for more information.
