TydenBrammall introduces its new Cargo Bolt I and II, Cargo Bolt I and II Plus, and plastic product line to its family of seals designed to help protect and secure cargo shipments.
The Cargo Bolt Series includes the economic Cargo Bolt I and Cargo Bolt I Plus seals and the heavy-duty Cargo Bolt II and Cargo Bolt II Plus seals — to help protect and secure intermodal containers and high-value, high-risk shipments. Each ensures security and tracking accuracy and complies with the United States Customs and Border Protection's C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) program for cross-border shipments. Cargo Bolt seals exceed ISO/PAS 17712 performance standards for high-security seals in shear resistance, impact resistance, bending strength, and tensile strength, and meet U.S. Public Law 110-53 seal requirements. The economical Cargo Bolt I seals are available in a 5/16-inch-diameter shank size. Cargo Bolt I Plus seals have a rugged bolt head cover that allows for dual part serialization on both ends of the seal to increase security by preventing the potential for part substitution. Heavy-duty Cargo Bolt II seals are offered in 5/16-inch and 3/8-inch diameter shank sizes. Cargo Bolt II seals have a full steel lock body that provides added strength. Like Cargo Bolt I Plus seals, the Cargo Bolt II Plus seals also include a rugged bolt head cover to prevent the potential for part substitution.
TydenBrammall's plastic product line contains 11 new ISO/PAS 17712 Indicative plastic seals, including narrow flat tab seals, beaded seals, beaded tab seals, round smooth seals, and plastic and metal bail padlock seals. The entire line is comprised of high-strength, impact- and chemical-resistant polymers that withstand extreme temperatures, offers a tamper-resistant locking mechanism for added security, and includes surfaces that accommodate hot-foil, laser and/or label marking for easy-to-read serial numbers.
