For the 12th straight year, Jackson MS-based tank truck carrier, Miller Transporters Inc has been named a Readers' Choice award winner by Logistics magazine in its annual “Quest for Quality” edition. The “Quest for Quality” survey, marking its 21st anniversary in 2004, is a comprehensive customer-perception study of transportation companies.
The award is based on a carrier's rating in on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations. Only carriers that excel in all five areas achieve the Readers' Choice designation.
