TEPPCO Partners LP plans to build a new refined products truck loading terminal in Bossier City LA. The facility will include six storage tanks and a fully automated two-bay truck loading rack. Costing about $14 million, the project will add more than 20,000 barrels per day of refined products delivery capacity to the northwest Louisiana and East Texas markets and is scheduled for completion in first-quarter 2005.

This facility near Shreveport LA will increase the delivery of branded and unbranded premium and regular gasoline, as well as low-sulfur diesel fuels.

The new truck bays will be designed to minimize loading times for customers and facilitate efficient handling of products. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the rack will provide access to the surrounding market areas via Interstate and major highways for delivery to the consumer. The rack can be expanded to meet increased demand.
