Angola IN-based TydenBrammall, a supplier of security seals, announced the opening of a European facility in Colyton (Devon), United Kingdom, that handles marking, warehousing, distribution, and customer service for customers in the European Union (EU), as well as Norway and Switzerland.

When Crimson Investments acquired TydenBrammall in 2005, the company's European manufacturing and warehousing capabilities moved from Luxembourg to a TydenBrammall sister company facility, Telesis, in Colyton. In May 2006, TydenBrammall recruited Colyton-based Nic Dancey as director of sales and marketing-Europe with the intention of moving all European functions to the Devon area.

The Colyton facility holds inventory of unmarked TydenBrammall seals, ready to mark to customer specification, including plastic, cable, and bolt products. TydenBrammall has established distributors in every European country to provide local sales and service for its products, in addition to a centralized manufacturing and customer service facility.

The Colyton facility will continue to increase the types of products it manufactures and carries, including a range of 24 & Out standard seals — marked “Sealed” with a traceable sequential number. TydenBrammall is working with institutions and authorities in the United States and Europe to supply seals that comply with C-TPAT, ISO/PAS 17712, United Kingdom Customs, and European Customs requirements.
