Truck scale has rugged wooden deck

An above-the-ground truck scale that has a rugged steel deck and can be equipped with a variety of weighing systems and electronic display options is being introduced by Alliance Scale Inc.

The Alliance Truck Scale features the modular Survivor EZ Steel Deck from Rice Lake that is 3/16" plate supported by 12' high beams for optimum rigidity and has a 2-65 deflection factor. Incorporating from four to 12 load cells, depending upon size, the scales have a 90,000-lb concentrated load rating and can include a selection of digital weight indicators and displays.

Easily accessible. Alliance Truck Scales are custom-built to meet specific requirements and offered in lengths from 10 to 117 feet by 10 to 14 feet wide, with various types of foundations. Designed to withstand harsh weather, they have an epoxy primer, hard-coat alkyd enamel finish, and an asphalt coating applied to the interior and underside.
