R Louis Nappi, founder of Transport Resources Inc, has died. He was 66. Nappi founded Transport Resources in 1970 and served as its chairman until his death. He served as vice-president of the American Trucking Associations and as its vice-president at large emeritus. Nappi also was president and chairman of the New Jersey Motor Truck Association, and also was active in the National Tank Truck Carriers.
