LTC, Chemical South link up

Liquid Transport Corp (LTC) has announced an affiliation with Chemical South Transport to provide a terminal in Savannah GA. Chemical South operates primarily as a regional liquid bulk carrier in the Southeast serving customers including the local paper mill industry.
