Meese Orbitron Dunne Co (MOD) has unveiled an all-plastic intermediate bulk container (IBC) featuring an oversize 23" lid that accommodates double-blade mixers needed to ensure complete mixing of multiple ingredients and raw materials. The OTP-All-Plastic IBC enables food, chemical, and other processors to mix and blend inside the bulk container, eliminating the need to mix in a processing vessel and transfer to another container for shipping.

This IBC is designed with a sloped bottom that permits simultaneous mixing and discharge. Rotomolded of LLDPE, it accommodates products with up to a 1.5 specific gravity, stacks two high when full, three high empty, and is four-way forklift-accessible. The container comes in 275- and 330-gallon capacities measuring 45" × 45" × 63.5" and 45" × 45" × 65.5", respectively, with approximate tare weights of 245 and 265 pounds.

The IBC includes a lever lock ring and 2" PVC ball valve discharge as standard while polypropylene and stainless steel valves and complete Food and Drug Administration compliance packages are available. For more information, contact John J Pape, 535 N Midland Ave, Saddle Brook NJ 07663.
