Gardner Denver Inc has appointed Brian L Cunkelman vice-president of Gardner Denver and president of Industrial Products Group (IPG). Cunkelman joined Gardner Denver in 2010 as vice-president, IPG Americas and was promoted in 2011 to his most recent role as vice-president and general manager for Emco Wheaton, a division of Gardner Denver headquartered in Germany. In his new role, he will remain based in Europe.

Liquid Controls has named Rob Rose regional sales manager for Canada. Rose previously spent 10 years as an industrial sales representative with National Energy Equipment in Edmonton, Alberta. He will report directly to Royal Wollberg, Liquid Controls' vice-president of sales.

Meritor Inc has appointed Craig Cartmill vice-president, Aftermarket Americas, and Doug Wolma, general manager, Global Aftermarket Operations, effective immediately. Cartmill replaces Dan Hopgood, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Previously, Cartmill was general manager, Global Operations, Aftermarket & Trailer. Wolma's new role is an expansion of his most recent responsibilities as general manager, Remanufacturing, a position he held since joining Meritor in 2006. Meritor has appointed Barry Eckel director, OEM sales & Canada, as a member of the Meritor DriveForce team. Eckel previously was director, OEM sales and will retain his OEM account responsibilities. Meritor also appointed Stephen Murphy district manager, eastern Quebec and Atlantic Canada, Meritor DriveForce. He most recently served with TRANSX and Volvo/Mack Trucks Canada.

Polar Service Centers has named Jerry Cignarella general manager of its northeast region. He is responsible for locations in West Chester PA, Bensalem PA, and Rahway NJ, as well as Cherry Hill NJ, which will open in summer 2012. Cignarella joins the company from D&W Diesel, a supplier of engine components and tank equipment for commercial vehicles.

Accuride Corporation has appointed Gregory A Risch vice-president and chief financial officer, effective immediately. He had served in the role on an interim basis since October 2011. Since joining the company in 1994, he also was vice-president and chief accounting officer, director of financial planning and reporting, and assistant controller.

Roger Crawford has been promoted to president of Fontaine Fifth Wheel-North America OEM. Todd Shelton joins Fontaine Parts Connection as president, joined by Larry Stone as vice-president of business development. Crawford served as president of Fontaine Parts Connection since 2008. Shelton comes from sister company Fontaine Spray Suppression, where he served as vice-president of sales and marketing since 2010. Stone comes from Marmon Highway Technologies, which he joined in June 2011 as vice-president of technology marketing.

Eddie Wilkinson has been appointed president of Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake LLC (BSFB), a joint venture of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC and Dana Commercial Vehicle Products LLC. BSFB also named Aaron Schwass vice-president and general manager, and Gary Ganaway director of marketing and global customer solutions. A 17-year veteran of Bendix, Wilkinson has served as the Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems vice-president of quality and product safety since 2007. Since July 2011, he also served with Schwass as interim general manager of the BSFB wheel-end business. Wilkinson will serve as interim vice-president of quality and product safety at Bendix until that position is filled. Before joining BSFB in 2007, Schwass spent 12 years in key leadership positions at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems. He will also serve as BSFB's acting product line director for air disc brakes until that position is filled. A 20-year veteran of the commercial vehicle industry who joined BSFB in 2009, Ganaway previously was senior director of business and product strategy at ArvinMeritor. He will also serve as BSFB's acting product line director for drum brakes until that position is filled. Bendix has named Nestor Piuma vice-president of quality and product safety. He fills the role of Eddie Wilkinson, who has been appointed president of Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake LLC, a joint venture between Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems and Dana Commercial Vehicle Products LLC. Piuma spent 22 years at Dana Holding Corporation and most recently was senior director of program management and advanced quality.

Phillips Industries has hired Perry Criscuolo as Mid Atlantic Territory sales manager. Most recently, he served as regional sales manager for Ancra International Cargo Systems Division managing a 13-state territory.

Peterson Manufacturing and its Maxi-Seal Harness Systems division have announced two executive promotions. Tom Lynch, formerly a senior quality engineer at Peterson, moves up to manager-OEM accounts. Kevin Cornelius has been named the new general manager of Maxi-Seal. He joined the division as engineering manager in 2009.

Penske Truck Leasing has appointed Sherry Sanger senior vice-president of marketing. Sanger has been vice-president of marketing since 2004.

Eaton Corporation has named Daniel F Koehler director of market intelligence and strategy for the Hydraulics Group. Previously, he was global sales and marketing manager for Eaton's Golf Grip business.

Philips Automotive Lighting North America has appointed Richard Zeichner as Midwest account manager, responsible for all sales activities in the US Midwest as well as national OES accounts in the automotive aftermarket. Zeichner previously was vice-president-sales for Guidepoint Systems, Madison Heights MI.

NationaLease has named Brian Sullivan vice-president of national accounts. He comes from the engine group at Navistar Inc, where he most recently was North American on-highway sales manager.
