A former Mississippi state trooper has been sentenced for creating bogus commercial driver license (CDL) test scores for applicants who had not taken the test, according to information from the Department of Transportation inspector general. Ronald W Thompson, Lucedale MS, was sentenced by a US district court judge in Gulfport MS to a $1,000 fine and two years' probation, according to the information.
