ZC Filters enhanced for greater durability

RBT Services Inc has released the second-generation ZC Filter units. The ZC Filter is an in-line, high-pressure filter assembly used with all sizes of pneumatic blowers for loading or unloading contaminant-sensitive products.

The new housing has four design improvements: strengthened mounting points, increased durability for the overall housing, a secure and tighter end cap closure mechanism, and a heavier filter element structure.

This element is rated at 99% efficient for removing material one micron and larger from the blower airstream. It captures 100% hot oil or oil mist coming from bearing and/or blower failures, and is completely cleanable with soap and water. It does not contain any screen wire or expanded metal.

RBT will adapt fittings, mounting brackets, and custom-build unusual piping and mounting configurations to customers' needs. The assembly can handle 1,000 cfm at up to 75 psi and operates with a pressure drop of .05 psi when clean. This assembly meets all foodgrade requirements.
