The average price of all on-road diesel rose four cents last week with consumers paying $2.889 per gallon, according to information from the Department of Energy.

Low sulfur diesel rose 1 1/2 cents, ringing up at the pump at $2.834 per gallon. Ultra low sulfur diesel was $2.902 per gallon for the same period, up 4.3 cents from the week before.
