MDU Resources acquires Kent's Oil

MDU Resources Group Inc, Bismarck ND, has acquired Kent's Oil Service, Stockton CA, a 15,000-ton liquid asphalt facility, according to MDU information.

Kent's Oil will operate as part of Knife River Corp, the construction materials and mining subsidiary of MDU Resources. Ken Raverty, founder of Kent's Oil, will continue to lead the company.
