Bruce Donovan has joined F T Silfies Inc as vice-president and general manager of the company's State College PA operation. He was formerly an affiliate partner of Quality Carriers Inc and a corporate process auditor for the firm.

Joe Greene has joined Jack B Kelley Inc as assistant director of safety and training. He was vice-president of safety with Kimrad Transportation in Amarillo TX and is the former director of safety and compliance with Andrews Tank Lines of Fort Worth TX.
