Prime Inc, a liquid edibles hauler, has added a new Internet feature. Users already set up for load tracing can now get copies of original bills of lading from Prime's web site at www.primeinc.com. This feature allows them to view and print bills of lading from their own PCs, meaning:

No more phone tag to request a copy of proof of delivery.

No more waiting for it to be faxed from Prime.

No more calling Prime to find out who signed the bill of lading.
Users can click on the “Proof of Delivery” option at the bottom of the load tracing screen at the web site, then click on the load for which a bill of lading is needed. An image of the bill of lading immediately will be displayed. By using viewing software, users can rotate, print, and even enlarge any portion of the document, such as the signature.
