Newly rebranded combination of Quala and Boasso Global adds STS Intermodal, Mike’s Mobile Tank Services, growing tank container services for customers in Oregon, Washington

Depot Connect International (DCI), the newly rebranded combination of Quala and Boasso Global, recently acquired STS Intermodal and Mike’s Mobile Tank Services.

The STS addition delivers DCI its first full-service tank depot for Pacific Northwest customers, and absorbing Mike’s expands the tank container service provider’s maintenance presence in Tacoma and Spokane, Washington.

“Our customers’ success is our No. 1 priority,” Tony Morsovillo, DCI chief revenue officer, said in a news release. “These strategic acquisitions enable us to enhance our service offerings and geographical reach, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Founded in 2008, STS evolved into a depot and trucking services provider in the Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, Washington, markets. Mike’s was established in 2008. Their operations expand DCI’s options for tank cleaning services, five-year inspections, major repairs, and storage capacity, the company maintained.

“Joining forces with Depot Connect International opens up new horizons for us,” said Jana Corder, STS general manager. “We are excited about the prospect of providing an even broader range of services to our customers and contributing to the growth of DCI’s existing network.”
