Heil Trailer International and Polar Tank Trailer recently designated Tri Tank as an authorized service and repair facility.
Tri Tank started offering Polar products in 2008 and became a Heil Trailer dealer last year.
The addition of Tri Tank to the service and repair network enables both brands to continue providing the highest level of customer service and support, setting the standard in repair and service after the sale, Heil said.
“Becoming an authorized service and repair facility requires an investment in specialized training, people and equipment to ensure the highest levels of quality,” said Ryan Rockafellow, vice president of sales and marketing at Heil Trailer and Polar Tank Trailer. “Tri Tank is an ideal addition to our nationwide service and repair network. They continue to meet and exceed our expectations, growing sales of our products by 200% in their territory over 2018.

Founded in 1977, Tri Tank is based in Syracuse NY, where it operates a 30,000-square-foot facility with 20 service bays. The dealership is owned by the Terpening family, which also operates Terpening Trucking Company, a transporter of petroleum-based fuel for customers in the northeast and Canada.
Terpening recently began adding Heil Trailer products to its fleet.
