Grote Industries has introduced two versions of its new SlimWhite lamp. With up to 500 lumens of light output, a 50,000-hours LED service rating, and an extremely low profile, these lamps are designed to provide abundant LED light, last for years, and not get in anyone's way said Mike Grote, business development manager for interior lighting.

Grote Industries has introduced two versions of its new SlimWhite lamp.

“With up to 500 lumens of light output, a 50,000-hours LED service rating, and an extremely low profile, these lamps are designed to provide abundant LED light, last for years, and not get in anyone's way” said Mike Grote, business development manager for interior lighting.

These lamps are provided in both 18-inch (457.2-millimeter) and 48-inch (1.22-meter) lengths, measure 1.25 inches (31.7 millimeters) wide, and are .75 inches (19.05 millimeters) thick.

The 18-inch lamp is also ideal for any location that requires significant illumination but has restricted mounting space. The 18-inch SlimWhite lamp is also available with an on-off switch.

The thin profile of the SlimWhite lamps makes them less likely to be struck by foreign objects, while allowing them to fit almost anywhere. Low heat emissions virtually eliminate the threat of contact burns or radiant heat damage. The cool operating temperature of each lamp also reduces the heat load related to illuminating any interior work or storage space.

These additions to Grote's LED WhiteLight interior lighting line feature polycarbonate lenses. Both lamps come in 12-volt (.6-amp) configurations, and the 18-inch lamp is also offered in a 24-volt (.3-amp) style. The lamps can operate in temperatures between -40° F (-40° C) and +122° F (+50° C).
