Sani-Kleen Tank Wash Inc has expanded its tank cleaning operation to North Wichita KS. The four-bay facility commenced operations at the beginning of October.
The new branch is conveniently located off of exit 14 on Interstate 135 on the north side of Wichita at 5951 N. Prospect Rd. The wash rack offers foodgrade and non-foodgrade tank cleaning.
“Based upon customer demand, we chose to strategically place our third branch in this area,” says Scott Cloud, president and co-owner of the company. “Sani-Kleen’s reputation for top quality, professional wash services at a reasonable price has created several new opportunities for expansion for our company.”
The new tank wash facility offers four wash bays; two for edibles and two for inedible products. The edible wash bays offer Kosher certified washes. Sani-Kleen is certified through CRC. In addition, the facility is Cargill certified for salt and oilseed, as well as IMS approved for dairy tankers. The facility also offers dry steam and a Cargill-approved drying system.
“The edible washing system is a proprietary design that was born out of 17 years of experience in the tank wash industry,” said Rick Johnson, Vice-President and co-owner. Johnson went on to say, “The wash results from our system are unparalleled in the industry. You will like the results.”
The non-food bays offer the full gamut of wash services including exterior truck and trailer washes, internal cold flush, hot detergent wash, dry steam, and internal trailer drying.
The Sani-Kleen facility in Wichita was designed to make the driver’s stay comfortable with cable television, showers, lounge, and vending area. The three acres on which Sani-Kleen is located has a full-paved parking area for trucks and trailers and is gated and fenced for security.
