Don't get it twisted.

That's normally good advice for anybody, and especially tank truck drivers, but in this case twisting the topic resulted in an artistic tank sculpture of titanic proportions.

The "Big Rig Jig" is a 25-ton sculpture of two intertwined tanker rigs that debuted three years ago in downown Las Vegas, Nevada, and incoming National Tank Truck Carrier (NTTC) chairman Bernard Gorski, of Gorski Bulk Transport, and retiring chairman John Whittington, of Grammer Industries, couldn't pass up the chance to pose in front of the imposing piece during a break from NTTC's 71st Annual Conference & Exhibits.

The annual gathering of tank truck industry players kicked off Tuesday at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel and runs through Friday, and Bulk Transporter editor Charles Wilson is on the scene, so check back for more coverage from the NTTC conference, including more photos and the winner of the sixth NTTC Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year award.

Bulk Transporter also will provide extended takes on the topics discussed at this year's event in an upcoming edition of the magazine.
