Quala, North America’s leader in bulk transportation container cleaning, announced it had acquired Long Tank Wash in Beaumont TX.
“This acquisition is a strong strategic decision enabling Quala to accelerate its North American expansion in the ever growing market in the Gulf Coast,” said Mike Bauer, chief executive officer of Quala. “Acquiring Long Tank Wash supports our overall growth strategy as we continue to diversify and broaden our service offerings and capabilities into new markets.”
Long Tank Wash is a well-respected facility specializing in the cleaning of petroleum products. Construction of Long Tank Wash was completed in 2014 and as of January 10, the location will be operated under the Quala brand.

The new acquisition in Beaumont adds to Quala’s list of existing facilities in the Gulf Coast, and is set up to clean containers, including tank trailers, frac tanks, and roll-offs.
Quala’s new facility will house the following:
• Three tank trailer cleaning bays
• Four frac tank and roll-off container cleaning bays
