Kraft Wash, a division of Kraft Tank, just opened for business in Kansas City KS. The five-bay tank wash facility handles both chemical and foodgrade cleaning.
The new wash rack shares space with Kraft Tank’s DOT-code tank repair facility at 320 Kindleberger Rd in Kansas City KS. The wash rack is kosher- and National Sugar-certified.
The wash rack features two foodgrade bays, two chemical bays, and one drive-through exterior tractor-trailer wash bay. Ten outside steaming bays are served by two 100-hp Hurst boilers.
Kraft uses dedicated custom-built vat systems for the foodgrade and chemical cleaning operations. Cleaning chemicals are from A-1 Chemicals & Equipment.
Driver amenities include computer work stations and internet access, washer and dryer, restroom with shower, and a driver room for relaxing while they wait for tanks to be cleaned.
