- Following an attack on the Ras Lanuf crude oil terminal, Libya’s National Oil Corporation has emptied storage tanks at the facility, according to Channel NewsAsia. Islamic State militants had attacked the Ras Lanuf and Es Sider terminals, setting fire to seven tanks in all.
